For climbing bookings you can cancel up to 48hrs in advance of your booking date with refund issued.

If you decide you no longer want to take part in the activity upon arrival a refund will not be issued.

Refunds for deposits of catered food packages Rockpool or Dolphin will not be given once date of food order has passed.

Youth groups will be charged the minimum fee agreed upon booking via email if cancelled less than 7 days from climbing session date.
